The Glass Half Full Community is a not for profit initiative, dedicated to the sharing of stories of Realistic Optimism, from within both the corporate and personal environments, via our regular Subscriber Newsletter and from contributions to our on-line Discussion Forum. At The Glass Half Full Community we share courageous stories from courageous people, enhancing mental health wellbeing by providing a combination of mechanisms to suppress anxiety triggers, along with proven coping strategies. The Glass Half Full Community is convinced that awareness depends on simple conversations; even if just one comment in our Newsletter, or on our Forum, can help to raise awareness, then it will be an enormous victory. The GHFC are proud to be aligned with dedicated organisations such as beyond blue, the Black Dog Institute, R U OK, and the Australian Genetics of Depression Study Group, encouraging everyone to visit their websites so as to be constantly informed and aware.
